Membership Categories and Fees (CAD)

• Active Member: any individual person who conducts research or practices in any field of health care
• Associate Member: any other individual person who supports the goals of the Institute

*STUDENT MEMBER with a current ID: a student may become an Associate Member.

• Corporate Member: any organization who supports the goals of the Institute
• International Member: any individual person who resides outside of North America and meet the associate member criteria

CRISH membership application involves (1) submitting payment and (2) completing a brief membership survey. Please send your request to info.crish@gmail.com
